Administrator Message History
- Starting Tuesday morning April 22 and lasting until the evening, the voicemail system's database became corrupt after the sending of a broadcast message. As a result, many voicemail messages that were left in people's mailboxes became trapped and were not sent at the time they were left. Our vendor noted the need to reboot the voicemail servers to correct the issue. After a successful reboot Tuesday evening, the trapped voicemail messages were delivered to the recipients' mailboxes. -- JimGironimi - 23 Apr 2008 - 09:38
